My name is Xarah and I am Swiss and have two passions. One of them being chocolate and the other beeing Xena.

I’ve been a Xena fan … well, not since the first show. But the Warrior Princess and her bard took me in after a few eps and I watched every episode from there on. I even got up at 3 am to tape the late night shows that were aired without the cuts (they used to cut out “graphic” scenes in the day show) and to cut out the advertisement.

In summer 2006 I started working on a Xena Fan Fiction website because I realized that a lot of websites had been gone down and I thought it would be a shame if those wonderful stories all got lost. So my goal was and still is to build the largest Xena Fanfiction Site.

So, ever since I’ve been reading good and better stories and uploaded them to my site. Once in a while I invite bards to submit their stories themselves. Even after all those years that the show has stopped airing, there are new Fan Fiction being written. And there are still a lot of stories that need to be read because their bards cannot submit them anymore because their email addresses are not working anymore.

It’s an ongoing task that is most of time a lot of fun.

In spring 2009 I was sad to learn that Amy would not continue doing her Xena Fan Fiction podcast anymore and I thought it’d be a good idea to start them up again. So, here we are.

It’s a lot of work, but I’m glad I have two really nice Xenites who help me out (and maybe more will join the team eventually) and I’m sure a lot of Xena fans are going to appreciate our work and the easy way to download the stories to their devises and listen to them.
